TERMS OF USE

This site presents Recheio products and services, also making it possible to be involved in recruitment processes. Some features are only available to Recheio Customers, such as registration in the Online Store.

Copyright and Industrial Property Rights

“Website content” means all information on this site, including text, images, illustrations, graphic design, webdesign and software.

All contents of this site are protected by copyright and related rights, and Industrial Property Rights, under Portuguese and European Union laws, international conventions and other laws, and cannot be used outside the conditions allowed on this site and without consent of Recheio.

The intellectual property rights of all contents of Recheio that are not supplied externally and as such properly identified, belong to Recheio, including the information, tools, graphic design of the Internet pages, with all its components, and all figures: graphs or texts. The content on this site may not be copied, modified or distributed unless expressly authorized by Recheio.

All texts, images, illustrations, photographs, publicity, trademarks and other elements of the content of the site are protected by law and duly licensed, being expressly forbidden any copy, reproduction, diffusion or transmission, use, modification, sale, publication, distribution or any other use, total or partial, commercial or non-commercial, whatever the means used, unless expressly authorized by them or when their use is intended solely for sharing in existing social networks. It is strictly forbidden to use the site for illegal purposes or any other that may be considered harmful to Recheio market image. Recheio rejects any responsibility for the usurpation and misuse of the elements mentioned above. Excepted to this prohibition are the free uses authorized by law, namely the right of citation, provided that its origin is clearly identified. The usurpation, counterfeiting, exploitation of usurped or counterfeited content, illegitimate identification and unfair competition are criminally punishable. Recheio reserves the right to sue the authors of any copy, reproduction or other unauthorized use of its content (s) by third parties.

Disclaimer of Liability

Recheio does not control or manage the information, products or services of the content provided by third parties on the Recheio website, as well as the links to other sites on the Internet and, consequently, cannot be held responsible for errors of any nature, or incorrect data, on these sites and / or contents, including their privacy policies and practices. The inclusion of content provided by third parties and links on Recheio’s websites does not imply acceptance of the content contained therein or an association with its owners.

Recheio rejects any liability for any direct, indirect and / or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials contained on this site, nor does it control or be responsible for any illegal, offensive or defamatory conduct of its Users.

The electronic publications contained in this site are subject to Portuguese law, insofar as it applies to them, namely for the purposes of liability for the facts, opinions, articles and comments of duly identified persons or bodies, as well as regarding the protection of sources and other duties, rights and freedoms applicable to the written press.

Suspension or interruption of access

Recheio reserves the right to interrupt or suspend access to the site, for such period as it deems necessary, for any technical, administrative, force majeure or other reasons. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, Recheio shall not be liable for any suspension or interruption of access that may occur because of its non-attribution or attributable solely to negligence.

Alert

Recheio warns that there are risks related to the Internet and data collection in open networks, and it is possible that personal data can be captured and / or transferred by unauthorized third parties, Users accessing the Recheio website should accept to run the risks inherent in its activity as an Internet user, in particular the risk of possible transfer of data.

Applicable Law and Competent Court

The conditions of use are governed and interpreted according to the Portuguese law. The courts of Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any complaints, disputes or other problems that may arise
