The controller is the company Recheio Cash & Carry, S.A., with headquarters on Rua Actor António Silva n. 7 1649-033 Lisbon, registered at the C.R.C. Lisbon under tax number 502814381, hereinafter referred to as Recheio.

Within the scope of Recheio customer registration, personal data is collected, namely the name, address and contact details of the company’s legal representatives, individual entrepreneurs, end customers and contact person indicated by customers.

Personal data are used for the purpose of contract execution – management and maintenance of the commercial relationship (billing, collection management, contacts within the scope of the commercial relationship, complaints and satisfaction surveys and customer support). This data is kept as long as the relationship between the Customer and Recheio is maintained. Commercial data can also be used in the preparation of acquisition and preference profiles.

Based on consent, data may be used to send communications about products and services.

The provision of third-party personal data, namely for the purpose of creating other accounts or contacts associated with the Customer, depends on prior verification by the Customer of a lawful condition for sharing such data, namely, and if necessary, obtaining consent of said holders and full knowledge, on their part, of this Privacy Policy. Any changes to the contact persons indicated by the Client must be promptly communicated by the latter to the Responsible, with the updating and adequacy of such data for the purposes set out in this Policy being the responsibility of the Client.

Pursuant to prevailing legislation, data subjects have the right of access and rectification, portability, and erasure of their personal data as well as the right of restriction of and to object to the processing of their data. When processing is solely on the grounds of user consent, you may also, at any time, withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing to date.

You may exercise any of the aforementioned rights, within the limits stipulated by applicable law, through an e-mail to cliente@recheio.pt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in Portugal (CNPD).

To ensure the security of the personal data processed, Jerónimo Martins has implemented the technical and organisational security measures it deems necessary for such processing.

The data collected is not transferred by Recheio to third parties without your prior consent. However, Recheio uses external partners, namely for the development, maintenance and hosting of computer systems, marketing and communication agencies, market studies and customer support.

The data can also be shared with partners within the scope of projects and businesses with the aim of providing benefits and offers to its customers.

In all these cases, Recheio ensures that its partners comply with the technical and organizational measures appropriate to the processing activity.

In this context, the data collected may be transferred to entities located in third countries (outside the European Union), ensuring that the appropriate security measures are taken in accordance with the legislation in force.

The personal data we process may be transferred to entities located in countries outside of the European Economic Area. However, the appropriate and legally stipulated security measures will be ensured when such occurs.

Personal data may also be shared with other entities in accordance with:

1. a) applicable legislation,
2. b) fulfillment of legal obligations,
3. c) or in response to requests from public and governmental authorities.
